Just had to respond to this. White and apple cider vinegar both do wonders for things. As a child we didn’t have fancy hair rinses etc. My g-mother used to take about 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with warm water to rinse our hair after shampooing. What vinegar does in most cases is to cleans the hair or fiber from left over soap. We used it in a salon years ago to rinse our hands after washing them to set the ph balance back to normal. Thanks for the reminder on cotton towels!
